When will I receive my order?

 

All items are made to order. For standard designs I aim to have your gift
made and the postie knocking on your door within 7-10 working days
of placing your order (excluding weekends).

Custom Orders

Customs orders take a bit longer than standard designs. I need time to research, design and create a special gift just for you, plus you may be in a bit of a queue! I'd advise that you allow at least 3 weeks from placing your order, so make sure you are ordering those special items in good time. However, I will bend over backwards to help you if I can. So if you have left it a little late for a custom gift please call or email before ordering and if I can process a rush order for you, I will!

Delivery Service

I use Royal Mail first class and Parcelforce 48 for deliveries. If you live around the Cardiff area we can drop off to your home for free!

International Deliveries

At present I only routinely post within the U.K. so this is the only option available on my website. However I am happy to delivery internationally and will research the best costs for you, based on your needs. Just call or email if you want to discuss options.
